Join us once again on Hudayriyat Island for the beloved Beyond the Sunset Series by Hudayriyat Sports - a celebration of movement, fun, and breathtaking views, all during the golden hour. This summer, the four-part series returns with something for everyone:
May 17 | Run Beyond the Sunset
May 18 | Swim Beyond the Sunset
May 31 | Ride Beyond the Sunset
June 1 | Skate Beyond the Sunset
We’re kicking things off with Run Beyond the Sunset on Saturday May 17, 2025 —an exciting and family-friendly event open to all fitness levels. Whether you're ready to race in the 5km for a shot at age-group prize money, or prefer a relaxed 3km walk with your family or friends, this event is all about getting active together in a beautiful beachside setting.

Delivery and Payment Confirmation - on completion of the registration you will receive an email confirmation confirming your entry into the requested competition. Should you not receive this within a reasonable time please email your query to events@gulfmultisport.com
Refund Policy - Registrants may request a refund or category change up to 7 days of the event date if the event has not closed or sold out (cost of refund or category change is 30 dirhams). There is no refund or category change permitted within 7 days of the event or when the event is closed. Full policy is available in Terms and Conditions. I accept the advertisement and the organizer's exclusion of liability of any damage. I will not enforce a claim either upon the organiser or upon the supporting companies and their agents because of damage that could arise by participating.

Submission of manual activities
The inphota platform allows submission of activities through many different means - Strava, Garmin, Fitbit - but we understand that sometimes it is preferable to submit the data in another way. To facilitate this we have produced a manual submission form which you can enter details of the activities for the contests that you have registered for.
To access the manual submission form you must be logged into the inphota account that registered for the contest, and have the details to hand. If you registered for the event using guest checkout then it is not possible to use the manual submission form.
Take advantage of quick registration
Quick registration will automatically add an item to your basket with the details that are listed against your inphota profile. This means that to make the most of quick registration you need to ensure that your profile is complete and up-to-date.
Don't worry, you can stil register without completing your profile, in the same way as you would family and friends.

Unfortunately this contest is restricted by age or gender, and the details in your profile do not fit within the restrictions laid out by the organiser. For this reason quick registration is not available.
However, you can still register for this contest through the usual means, and by filling out the details of the person that you want to register!
