"NIGHT RIDE: Ride Beyond The Sunset" is the very first reverse cycling event on Hudayriyat Island on Saturday June 10.
A RIDE WITH A DIFFERENCE on a completely closed track, this ride will be in REVERSE. The Men's ride will be 3 laps (each lap is 13.5km, total distance: 40.5km) and 2 laps (each lap is 13.5km, total distance: 27km) for the women.
This unique event will be an unforgettable experience as participants enjoy the first ever reverse ride on the closed Hudayriyat cycle track.
All participants will receive discount vouchers from Hudayriyat, a bespoke finisher's medal and a technical sports shirt for post ride.
NOTE FOR THE JUNIOR RIDE: The junior ride will be a reverse ride on the junior 5km loop finishing outside the cycling club.
Checkin at the Abu Dhabi Cycling Club will be from 5:30pm with the following provisional race timings:
Race Start Times
- 6:30pm - Junior 20km Race Start (4 laps of the 5km loop)
- 6:32pm - Junior 10km Race Start (2 laps of the 5km loop)
- 7:30pm - Men's Race Start (3 laps of the 13.5km loop)
- 7:32pm - Women's Race Start (2 laps of the 13.5km loop)
- 8:30pm - Podium Presentation
Please note - should you arrive outside of your designated start time you will receive an 'Out of Competition Result'.
Age group presentations will be held at on the concourse outside the Abu Dhabi Cycling Club.

Entry fees will not be refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled. In such a case, the Organiser will communicate the options available and participants will be given a refund request deadline. Please note there is an online processing fee of AED 30 or 5% (whichever is greater) that will be incurred to process the refund.
By registering for this event, I accept participation in the event and the organiser's exclusion of liability of any damage, injury or death. Submission of manual activities
The inphota platform allows submission of activities through many different means - Strava, Garmin, Fitbit - but we understand that sometimes it is preferable to submit the data in another way. To facilitate this we have produced a manual submission form which you can enter details of the activities for the contests that you have registered for.
To access the manual submission form you must be logged into the inphota account that registered for the contest, and have the details to hand. If you registered for the event using guest checkout then it is not possible to use the manual submission form.
